I will be a non blogger for awhile as over the weekend my house sold, we signed a contract on a new house, and I signed a contract for my dad a house that will be just 10 miles from our house - yipee! Even though he will only be living there one week out of the month it will still be great to have him close by since he spends the bulk of his time in New York where he works and we don't get to see him very much:(
I am so glad that our house sold so fast as last week they showed it four times and it is very difficult to keep your house clean and be able to leave on a moments notice with two, one year old kids!!!!
So I will be taking a break from the computer and the packing begins!!!!!

Summer Vacation
We loaded up Braelyn and Bailey and headed to San Antonio for a couple of days. It was really nice because Twain's sister lives down there and his other sister and her kids and his mom met us down there. The girls new favorite place is the dolphin tank at Sea World!!!

All the Grandkids - The girls were getting hungry and grouchy

All of us on the Riverwalk

The next morning we all headed to the San Antonio Zoo. Braelyn and Bailey enjoyed seeing the animals.

Twain with the girls in front of the elephants. Doesn't he look like he is having a great time out in the heat????

The kids liked helping the girls

Everyone at the zoo minus Twyla and I since we were taking the pictures. Some of them weren't quite awake yet:)

Twain with the girls. The boys fought all day over who got to pull the wagon..ha!

We also spent time just vising at Tammara and Manny's house.

This is where Twain spent the majority of his time:)

Bailey having a good time!

Everybody else went home a day earlier than we did so we spent the day at Sea World just Twain, Braelyn, Bailey, and me. It was a great day. The girls did well in the heat. We finished the day with me doing a little shopping at the largest outlet mall in the U.S. on the way home in San Marcus. I am already planning a trip back there with my mom. If you are ever down that way, you have to stop by. It is amazing!

4th of July
We had a lot of 4th of July activities all weekend. It all started with us all loading up and going to Neenah's on Friday night for hamburgers and a ping pong tournament. I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures of that. Then on Saturday we all went to Lake Texhoma to have a family get together with my mom's side of the family and were thrilled that Nan wanted to go with us. She is fixing to turn 90 so she doesn't do a lot of stuff like that anymore and I was thrilled to take her down there with us. The girls had a blast (mostly playing in Max and Pat's water fountain). You can tell by the redneck pictures of them in their diapers splashing in the fountain!!! We had a great time. Then on Sunday, Twain smoked all of us steaks, porkchops, and crab and we had a great dinner complete with homemade ice cream and then finished out the night watching the fireworks from our driveway. We have the best seat in town because we can see the City fireworks from the park and a lot of our neighbors put on a great show too! Here are some pictures from the weekend. Hope y'all had a great holiday weekend!

Grandpa
Grandpa Don drove 24 hours from Owego, New York to come and visit us this week. It was quite a suprise when I answered my door and found my dad standing there with a box of Omaha steaks. We had no idea he was coming. It was a great time to show up too because Twain was gone all week to Kentucky so I was thrilled to have the help. He went with me to drop the girls off for their last day of summer school on Thursday. They were all decked out in their 4th of July attire!

Noble Picnic
Back in June we went to Twain's picnic that his job puts on. They really go all out and provide hambugers and hot dogs to everyone and have a bunch of blow up slides and mazes for the kids. It is set up like a carnival complete with snow cone stands and everything. It is great. Everything is free and they have 300 employees that can all bring their families so I'm sure it costs them a fortune but it is such a great time for all of us! Braelyn and Bailey had a blast in the toddler bounce.

Fun with their cousin
My Dad suprised us by showing up at our door all the way from New York so Braelyn and Bailey have been having a great time with their Grandpa. We went to Neenah's to visit for awhile and Emree came over. We haven't seen her since March and she has grown quite a bit. She is Braelyn and Bailey's second cousin. They had fun. Bailey kept wanting to kiss her:)
